Frequently asked questions
What is a Pack?
A Pack is the unit we sell. It can be an app, a VST instrument, an audio effect, a sample library, samples, a sample pack, presets, or a project file. Each one is downloadable after purchase.
How does payment work?
Purchases use 'stars', the reward currency shared across the AkiNet ecosystem. The marketplace fee is a low 10% on each successful sale.
How many devices can I use a pack on?
Each purchase can be activated on up to 2 devices. You can buy extra device slots or swap an old device for a new one for a small fee.
Can I sell my own packs?
Yes. Creators can publish libraries, sample packs, and presets after a quick review, and keep 90% of every sale.
Is the Knowledge section really free?
Yes. Every article in the Knowledge section is free to read, in both English and Vietnamese.
